About Concrete Cuisine
Jeff and Justin have nearly 30 years combined experience in the food and beverage industry. After graduating from Henry Ford and Schoolcraft Culinary programs, they worked at venues ranging from The Lark in West Bloomfield, Marriott International, The Matt Prentice Restaurant Group and other various locations.
After many years of working for other restaurateurs, Jeff and Justin decided to venture out on their own. Their determination and hard work resulted in the conception and realization of a gourmet food truck.
Concrete Cuisine is now on the road and ready to serve and exceed your needs for "Fresh eats on the streets!"
