RED HOT Photography (RHP) is a versatile free-lance photography company solely owned and operated by Jennifer Felkowski. I am a Certified Professional Photographer currently serving the Metro Detroit area. In the past, I have photographed many people, families, and events in the Washington D.C. area. I am very thankful to have met many great people and to have had many great photographic experiences through traveling and photography.

Upon completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education - Instrumental (2007), I decided to go a different route and follow my real passion of photography. It didn't take much time to transform it from a hobby to profession. I went back to school to learn more about exposure and lighting techniques and received a Certificate of Photographic Arts within 6 months.

Currently, my primary job is for a national professional photography company that photographs studio portraits for church directories. I photograph full studio family sessions and present them their portraits after. I get to meet so many great people everyday and it has also been another great outlet to express myself creatively.

I believe every photo session should be unique to that particular person, family, and event. I also strongly believe in adapting each photography session to fit the clients' personality and photographic needs. My overall goal is to produce portraits that my clients love and will treasure for years to come.

RHP photographs in both traditional and photo-journalistic styles using Nikon cameras and lenses. Additionally, RHP owns a studio equipped with lighting and many backdrop options.
